We want you be happy with your purchase.  If you're not, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 7 working days.  Any shortages and picking errors should be reported within 48 hours.  Faulty goods or goods damaged in transit prior to you receiving delivery will be exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

  • Products which have been personalised for you, such as clothing or gifts
  • Bespoke products and ‘specials’ such as furniture or
  • Perishable goods such as food and drink
  • Safety footwear, hand protection, head protection, safety eyewear, respiratory protection and underwear

In order for us to arrange a collection and refund you will need to quote the Order Number displayed on your Delivery Note and your payment transaction reference.

Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
